I spent an afternoon exploring Crandall Park with Amy & Austin on a wintery day last week. The park was bathed in gorgeous light and all the bridges and trees looked plucked from a the pages of a fairy tale. If not for the snow on the ground, you'd never have known from their faces that it was cold (okay, freezing!). Amy & Austin rocked their engagement session like troopers. Looking forward to capturing their fall wedding. Here's a sneak peek from our shoot.
See you soon guys!
I was so psyched to hang out with Samantha & Devin last weekend and photograph them in the very place where Sam said YES.
We had Ashmere Lake entirely to ourselves, with nothing to distract from the bond these two share. We had lots of laughs- did I mention these two are huge Steelers fans? We even snuck in some cute photos with matching jerseys. Here's a look at their session.
I'll see you guys next summer!
I met up with Ashley & Quinn at the ever beautiful, Yaddo estate. We had a great time exploring the gardens and getting to know one another. There was even a surprise visit from my 4 year old, because who can believe anyone does "work" at Yaddo! Here's a peek at Ashley & Quinn's engagement session.
It was a lot of fun guys! Looking forward to capturing your Big Day in 2017!
I met up with Michaele-Lynne & Josh over the weekend to capture their engagement shoot. It was such a gorgeous, sunny fall morning and they had the most adorable furry "prop" with them (their dog Fizzy). Have I mentioned I love capturing pets and their humans? This trio was pretty awesome! Here's a look at our shoot (minus the dog parade and Congress Park wedding! Never a dull weekend.).
See you in December!
I got to hang out with this cool California couple again, this time for their post- wedding engagement session. And, in case you were wondering, there are no timing rules for having your engagement shoot! It was kind of awesome to photograph them as Mr. & Mrs. in a casual setting. As always, it was a lot of fun and we had a few laughs in the process. Here's a tiny peek at our session.
Good to see you guys again!
I was so excited to meet up with Kelly & Andrew for their engagement shoot in Congress Park. The air was cool and the park was bathed in light, plus, we had the place almost entirely to ourselves. What more could you ask for?! Of course these two gave me the standard issue disclaimer about being in front of the camera (pssst: I hate having my picture taken too!), but clearly they are liars! Aren't they adorable!? Here's a sneak peek at their shoot.
Can't wait to see you guys in August!
There's nothing I love more than traveling for shoots, especially when the location is Home. I got to meet up with Sarah & Georges for their engagement session in New York City. I had so much fun walking around old neighborhoods; my old kindergarten even provided the backdrop for one of our locations. Too cool! These guys are awesome and I can't wait to photograph their wedding in a few weeks. Check out some shots from their session blow.
I recently had the pleasure of meeting up with Patty & Rob in Midcoast Maine to photograph their engagement session. The foliage was amazing, the weather was perfect, and the scenery was awesome. I had so much fun showing them around, even as we were being chased by a giant storm cloud (yes, we did escape the rain). Here's a tiny sneak peek at their shoot.
I'm so excited for you guys to tie the knot! See you again this summer! :)
