Donna & Bob's Lake Placid Elopement | New York Wedding Photographer

Life threw some curveballs at this vivacious, fun-loving couple during the wedding planning, and in the days leading up to their I Do’s. They persevered and navigated the hurdles with the best outlook (you guys rock!).

As a reward they were given the most gorgeous day in the Adirondack mountains. They tied the knot in an intimate ceremony, surrounded by their loved ones. Afterward, Donna and Bob took me to a spot they love to call their own whenever they’re hiking in the area. So honored to be a part of their Big Day! Here’s a tiny peek.

Kristin & Nick's Lake George Wedding | New York Wedding Photographer Blog

Hopping back on the blog to cap off the weekend with a little love story sneak peek.

Kristin and Nick have been lovebirds for some time and recently decided to tie the knot at Blue Water Manor. Lake George has been a long loved summer haunt since childhood for Nick and is a special place for these two as a couple. It seems only fitting that they say their vows overlooking The Queen of American Lakes, surrounded by their children, family and friends.

Here’s a tiny look at their day.

Breana & Jose's Ballston Spa Wedding | Saratoga Springs, New York Wedding Photographer

Happy to be back from a blog-break and share this out-of- the-box fairytale wedding sneak peek.

Breana & Jose are two of the sweetest people I have met. They kept the ceremony traditional, seeing each other for the first time when Breana walked down the aisle, and it was so emotional!

They partied the night away at their Alice In Wonderland themed reception (Breana’s fave fairytale) surrounded by their family & friends. Here’s a look at their day.

Congratulations guys!

Nicole and Michael's Wedding Day: New York Wedding Photographer

It has been a long time since a parent has reached out to me on behalf of a couple during the planning process. Paul, Nicole’s dad, was the sweetest and you could totally hear the excitement in his voice as he filled me in on the details of Nicole & Michael’s wedding plans. More than that, you could hear how much he loved his daughter and how awesome a pair these two would make. And after meeting them in person, they felt like fast friends and family.

I was so honored to capture their big day and I had so much fun with them location hopping between their church, the schenectady Rose Garden, and Daley’s on Yates. The energy at their reception was palpable and it was so touching to see them surrounded by LOVE. (Read: I cried… Meredith cried… and I may have gotten teary all over again posting this sneak peek…)

Here’s a tiny peek at their wedding day.

Tiffany & Joe's Minnewaska I Do's | New York Elopement Photographer

Sometimes life likes to test you- to make the seemingly simple become an endless maze of tasks to navigate before you reach your destination. This was the case for Tiffany & Joseph.

They began their elopement planning as any other couple, happily sorting out little details along the way until their vision was perfectly fleshed out. And then the first domino fell. Their venue fell through; their officiant fell ill; thunder and lightning threatened to cancel their mountaintop plans; and the governor stole their last location!

They persevered and with a little (literal) help from my friend, Meredith, who performed their ceremony at the last minute ( THANK YOU!!!), these two lovebirds said I do in a private ceremony by a waterfall’s edge while their 3 children looked on. They made it!!

Here’s a tiny peek at their day.

Angel & Ricky's Chinese Tea Ceremony at The Mansion Inn

Guys… I already love what I do, SO much, but when I was invited to document a traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony, I kind of squealed with joy!

Angel & Ricky took over The Mansion inn for their intimate family affair. Their theme and attire was a nod to 1920’s Shanghai with so many details celebrating Angel’s Chinese heritage. The aroma of Chef Rick’s artfully prepared traditional Chinese cuisine filled the air while family and friends gathered round bamboo dotted cocktail tables, laughing, hugging, and sharing moments together.

Here’s a tiny peek at their day. Enjoy!

Much love! TM

Jasmin and Harley's Hindu Ceremony: Albany Wedding Photographer

It was such an honor to be invited to capture another milestone for this family. I met Jasmin and Harley at the Hindu Temple in Albany last week to document their beautiful ceremony in the Hindu tradition.

I loved watching them go through the rituals together. Everyone looked so beautiful!! Here's a tiny peek at their day.

Congratulations guys!

Amy & Austin's Upstate Wedding: Saratoga Wedding Photographer

This was the first day that really felt like fall; the air was crisp, the breeze blowing, and the morning rain had tapered off leaving behind the most perfect moody sky.

The view from Amy's family home was breathtaking! The mountaintop vista clad with color drenched leaves was only eclipsed by this beautiful couple & their loving bond.

From their wedding stationery to their vows {including Star Wars socks and recessional music}, Amy & Austin were reflected in every detail. Here's a peek at their Big Day.

Congratulations!

Vicky & Simon's Wedding In The Country: Saratoga Wedding Photographer

Not all the weddings I capture are grand affairs; some weddings are quick vows in a courthouse and some are serene living room soirees. Vicky & Simon tied the knot in a fashion true to their spirit and story.

Classic cars and trucks rolled up to a roadside chapel on this balmy Saturday afternoon. The intimate crowd of friends formed and gathered inside, buzzing with anticipation.

Vicky and Simon have been friends since high school. The entry to the chapel even displayed a sweet testament to their bond- a portrait of them at Senior Prom. Life had led them in different directions, but 40 years later!!! they got to marry "The One." My heart bursts with love for them. Here is a tiny peek at their day.

Congratulations!

Loretta & Emily's Rustic Wedding in The Woods: Saratoga Wedding Photographer

It's no secret that I love rustic weddings, but this one was storybook perfect.

Loretta & Emily said their vows encircled in lush greenery, reminiscent of the Pacific North West, and accented by gorgeous details from The Posie Peddler. Their guests enjoyed delectable delights from Lily & The Rose and danced the night away before cozying up by the bonfire. Here's a peek at these ethereal beauties on their Big Day.

Congratulations guys! XO TM

Samantha & Devin's Berkshire Wedding: Massachusetts Wedding Photographer

Sam and Devin are two of the sweetest, most down to earth souls I've had the pleasure of photographing. These lovebirds have been together for 8 years through both great and not-so-great times. To witness and share in the palpable excitement and anticipation of their Big Day was absolutely amazing! I confess to shedding a few {happy} tears from behind the lens. Here's a tiny peek at their day.

So happy for you guys!! Congratulations!

Rebecca & David's Finger Lakes Wedding at Crispin Hill: Upstate Wedding Photographer

I had such a fun time capturing Rebecca & Dave's 'I Dos' last weekend in the gorgeous Finger Lakes region of New York. This fun loving couple was surrounded by friends and family who came from Buffalo and Massachusetts {Go Red Sox!} to watch them tie the knot.

These two had one of he best cake cutting aftermaths {see photo of Dave below}, so many happy tears and faces, and the most incredible view for their Big Day. Here's a peek at all the fun.

Congratulations!

Annalise & Zach's Lake George Wedding at Dunham's Bay: Lake George Wedding Photographer

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of documenting Anna & Zach's 'I Do's' with the gorgeous backdrop of Lake George and the Adirondack mountains. Their guest list included an intimate gathering of friends and family and their details highlighted fun DIY decor and center pieces.

The love these two share is palpable and their spunk and fun character is contagious. It was a blast and OMG, they are SO cute!! Here's a peek at their Big Day.

A big Congratulations to Annalise & Zach!

Michaele-Lynne & Josh's Winter Wedding: Saratoga Springs Wedding Photographer

Michaele-Lynne & Josh tied the knot in a storybook winter wedding last weekend. You last saw this adorable couple hanging out in Congress Park for their Engagement Shoot. The day began in Michaele-Lynne's family home, surrounded by close friends and loved ones. Every corner was beaming with light and every counter held treasures collected for their Big Day. I couldn't be more excited to capture every moment for them. Here's a tiny sneak peek. Congratulations guys!

Emily & Eric's Lake George Wedding

Eric & Emily tied the knot at their family camp last weekend, surrounded by the crimson and gold hues of autumn. Their cowboy-formal details included a custom leather-wrap for Emily's bouquet {featuring their logo!}, kick-ass belt buckles for the guys, and monogramed denim shirts for the ladies. Did I mention they have THE most adorable dog named Vegas? She made a few cameos too :) Here's a peek at their day.

Congratulations guys!

Sarah & Brian's Wedding Cruise

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of setting sail with this couple. After 4 years together, Sarah & Brian tied the knot aboard the Captain JP Cruise Line, surrounded by their beautiful daughters, their family, and friends. The boat cruised around Albany while guests danced and the sun set. And the evening was perfectly capped with fireworks display. Here's a look at their Big Day.

Thanks for having me be a part of it! Congratulations!
