Annalise & Zach's Lake George Wedding at Dunham's Bay: Lake George Wedding Photographer

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of documenting Anna & Zach's 'I Do's' with the gorgeous backdrop of Lake George and the Adirondack mountains. Their guest list included an intimate gathering of friends and family and their details highlighted fun DIY decor and center pieces.

The love these two share is palpable and their spunk and fun character is contagious. It was a blast and OMG, they are SO cute!! Here's a peek at their Big Day.

A big Congratulations to Annalise & Zach!

Hassa & Usha's 40th at Pasta Pane: Saratoga Springs Family Photographer

I love photographing weddings! I devote a lot of time witnessing and documenting couples take their vows and embark on a new journey together. It is such an honor to be chosen to photograph one of life's greatest moments.

Even more amazing is the privilege of capturing a couple's milestone anniversary. Last week, I got to do just that! Hassa & Usha celebrated their 40th Anniversary surrounded by their friends and loved ones. The room was filled with hugs, smiles, love & laughter. I wish this sweet, happy couple many more wonderful years together. Here's a peek at their anniversary gathering.

Congratulations!

Little Teagan

I frequently photograph families and little ones at key moments in their lives. I don't often get to blog sneak peeks when sessions take place during 'wedding season', but I thought I'd share a recent shoot. Meet Teagan: adorable, rosy-cheeked redhead who just celebrated her 1st birthday. I've never met a wee one so observant and calm; she watched my every move. I had fun capturing her interactions with her family members at a local park. She might have had fun too ;) Check out some snapshots from our session. Happy Birthday, Teagan!

Thinking About A Boudoir Session?

I'm often asked asked to photograph boudoir sessions immediately followed by, "...what is a boudoir session, anyway." The answer is, these sexy shoots come in all different shapes and sizes. So, I thought it best to discuss my approach and style here.

My version of boudoir involves capturing a woman (or man!) as she rarely gets to see herself. We are mother's, and care takers; wives and business women; healers and friends. And we are beautiful. There is real empowerment and strength in seeing yourself that way!

I photograph largely from a voyeur's perspective. And I'm not a fan of Pinterest poses or "glam" sessions. Yeah, I said it!

**I'll be offering a limited number of marathon boudoir sessions per year. Please call or email for more information.** Meanwhile, here's a peek at what a session with me looks like.
